The day by day trip description excited us, but the actual Day 2 and Day 3 were the big surprise. Guide Andreas was excellent in his interpretive guiding and the additional lead guide support by Joy and G to the Geikie Glacier and the boat trips to Luis's camp at Lago Buche great fun. Carlos exuded such pride in navigating us up and down river in his beloved Patagonia. Luis's camp was such a welcome and the high quality fresh food with greens totally unexpected. The move across to the commercialised Torres del Paine Hiking route was a shock to the system after the remoteness of the first 3 days. Refugio Grey, Paine Grande, Cuernos and Torres Sentra were unexpectedly well appointed with excellent food, facilities and camping equipment. The hiking and views spectacular. The pace was group appropriate, and changed as was required by the terrain and views. Diego was a welcome breath of youthful delight, not being too proud a high altitude climber to do the work as cook and porter for us. Good area, good equipment, good guides and good people. We highly recommend this trip. It has created lasting memories of a beautiful land and people. Thank you Dittmar Adventures and Laura for listening and addressing all our special needs with such care.

Dittmar Adventures helped my husband and I plan and coordinate our honeymoon across Argentina and Chile. Erin and Nara really understood our needs and wants for the trip and put together a fantastic itinerary including Buenos Aires, El Chalten, El Calafate, Puerto Natales, Torres del Paine, Punta Arenas, Colchagua Valley, and Santiago. Their communication before and during the trip were timely, they provided great recommendations, and were so helpful answering all of our questions along the way. I'd recommend Dittmar to anyone going on a trip to Patagonia, especially for the local expertise and to help with logistics of a complicated trip.

Erin with Dittmar Adventures organized a climbing trip to Almirante Nieto for me that really exceeded my expectations. Erin with Dittmar was always forthcoming and responsive to my questions and was able to put me in touch with my guide, Javier. Javier was, for me, the perfect guide. Full disclosure, I am in my 70's with extensive previous experience in the mountains around the world. With that said, Javier did all the right things to make sure the trip met my expectations. Javier always paid attention to me without being intrusive. A truly memorable trip.

Thanks again to the Dittmar staff for arranging a fantastic trip for us in Patagonia. Zodiac tours and hiking out of Puta Arenas to see whales, dolphins, sea lions and other wildlife. Hiking the W in Torres del Paine as well as mountain biking and kayaking followed by more hiking from El Chalten. The accommodation and tours were great. We highly recommend Dittmar for a trip in Patagonia.

Wow wow wow! This trip was amazing. Dittmar Adventures really set us up properly with the guided W Trek. Our guide Andres was amazing and we were able to really customize our trip to fit all our needs. This is now the 2nd time we have used Dittmar Adventures and plan to use them again in 2026! Can't say enough great things. My kids (20 and 18) said it was in the top 3 trips of their lifetime.
