Deposit and Payment Policy
- A 20% deposit per person (or another agreed amount) is required to confirm your booking.
- Final payment is due 70 days before your trip’s start date.
- Reservations made within 70 days of departure require full payment upfront.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, wire transfers, checks, and cash. Bookings paid by check or wire transfer will be confirmed once the funds are cleared.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Participant
To cancel your booking, you must submit a written request to our Finance Department. The following cancellation fees apply:
- From booking to 70 days before departure: 20% of the total trip price is non-refundable.
- 70–46 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price is non-refundable.
- 45 days or less before departure: 100% of the total trip price is non-refundable.
Important: No refunds are provided for unused portions of the tour after the trip begins, including early departures or removal from the tour. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against cancellations and interruptions.
Making Changes to Your Booking
Modification Requests
If you wish to adjust your tour dates or itinerary, change fees may apply. Any third-party fees, such as hotel charges, will also be included.
Adding services or activities within 35 days of your departure incurs a 10% service fee on top of their cost.
