Day 1: Begin Your Adventure – El Chaltén to Refugio Piedra del Fraile
Your journey starts in El Chaltén, known as Argentina’s trekking capital. As you set out, the trail meanders through serene valleys and dense forests, offering stunning views of the Patagonian landscape. Along the way, enjoy the tranquility of the Rio Electrico as you make your way to Refugio Piedra del Fraile, a peaceful spot nestled at the base of towering peaks.
